I'll be heading home for winter break tomorrow, thus will have the benefits of a well-stocked kitchen and some time on my hands. Check in this weekend for some food experimentation posts and the photographic evidence to back it up.
I want to do some experiments with Apple Cider Molasses, and try and put some of my newly acquired food science education to work. I'm not really sure what yet, I might play with some baking, like tarts or pot pie, or even quiche. Although I do want to try and stay in line with somewhat healthy eating, so maybe I'll just make 10 dishes if I can't decide. I'm also going to use this site. It fits my approach to cooking, baking. Follow a general outline and fly by the seat of my pants for the rest.
Ok to inspire me (and so I don't forget!) here's a list of stuff I'm going to try the Apple Cider Molasses in. I wonder if I can make an entire menu
- Pumpkin Pie
-Whole Wheat Bananna Muffins
-Whole Wheat Pita bread
Truth be told I found a bunch more recipes that I want to try. Completely unrelated of course. Well stay tuned.
